As I bent over the tub for a hour, scrub pad with Mr. Clean cleaner, removing the soap scum of two years I mock the man who rented the place.

"It is as clean as I can get it."
"The stains were there when I moved in."

No- it was clean when you moved in. I know- I was the one who cleaned it.

And 'as clean as you can get it' ? Really???!!! A little cleaner, some muscle and lookie lookie... all clean and white.

Fucker.

But that is alright. The small claims case will take into account my back pain of cleaning the place that you didn't in the two years you lived here. From the bath, toilet, ref, stove. Don't even get me started on the floor, carpet. And the five bags of trash I removed from inside the home.

Yeap.... it is being added. And trust me when I say I ain't cheap when it comes to cleaning your shit up.

I hate it too when my tenants dont clean up their mess. It sucks big time but if it happens i keep professional cleaning fees out of their deposit and call in the dirtbursters!
